Nominations can be made by past recipients, families and friends and colleagues. There is a nomination committee that seats and select six remarkable women from the nomination we received. The committee will, in turn, inform them of their award.

To nominate a mother, simply complete the online entry form below with your name, address, phone number and email address; the mother's name, address, phone number and email address.  Please include a photograph with an essay of up to 250 words explaining why this mother should be nominated for one of the following awards:​
